Japan Day 21 - Shiraishi Island

My last day on the island! I packed my bag, left it at the villa and headed out for the day. Very hot today.

I did a loop walking around most of the island following the road. It seems like the road is barely used it was very overgrown. After my walk I had lunch and headed to the port to get my Ferry back to the mainland. Next stop… Fukuyama.

I checked into my hostel in Fukuyama, and then headed on the train to Onomichi for the evening.

I had a lovely evening, I chatted with a nice nice old man whilst I ate my meal and met Yutaka who owns Pours Specialty Coffee. I’ll definitely be back to Onomichi.
